Logo and brand identity for a coffee roastery

We are opening a small specialty coffee roastery and need a logo, colour palette, typography and packaging labels for three bag sizes. We like warm, minimal designs. Please share 2-3 initial concepts; the final delivery should include vector files and a short brand guide.
